MedTransport

Unified transportation management and dispatch platform

An integrated operations platform for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and ambulance providers, supporting ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, BLS and ALS services.

MedTransport connects patient intake, scheduling, dispatch, crew operations, fleet management and compliance through a single, secure system. Every trip keeps a continuous, auditable record from initial booking through service completion, eliminating duplicate data entry, improving operational visibility and supporting accurate downstream billing.

Key platform capabilities
  • Patient intake and scheduling. Centralized patient records, coverage and authorization tracking, recurring transportation orders, automated validation and scheduling safeguards that reduce administrative errors.
  • Real-time dispatch and operations. An interactive dispatch board with trip assignments, vehicle locations, ETAs, shift coordination and crew-confirmed changes, giving dispatchers continuous visibility into daily operations.
  • Offline-first mobile application. A native Android application that lets drivers and medical crews manage assignments, record trip milestones, capture signatures, complete vehicle inspections and document incidents without continuous internet connectivity. Events synchronize securely when connectivity returns.
  • Fleet and workforce compliance. Centralized management of professional credentials, certification expirations, vehicle documentation, inspections, capacity restrictions and out-of-service conditions, with automated alerts and assignment-level checks.
  • Security and auditability. Multi-company data isolation enforced at the database level, granular role-based permissions, multi-factor authentication, encrypted patient information, hardware-backed cryptographic signatures and tamper-evident activity records.
  • Integrated trip lifecycle. Unified operational records designed to support electronic claims processing, payment reconciliation and electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) without duplicating information across disconnected systems.
